The Main Hall and the School Room can be hired separately or together.
Both are hired by the session. There are 3 per day:
You can hire consecutive sessions, but all functions must end by the end of the final session booked (including any cleaning and clearing away) and the Hall vacated as there may be another booking immediately after yours.
During the week either room may be hired by the hour during the morning and afternoon sessions. The charge is half the applicable session rate plus £1.00.
For hirers booking both rooms for all three sessions a special rate is applicable. Please contact the Booking Secretary for details.
Heating of both rooms is by token with slot meters working independently for each room. Tokens last one hour and cost £2.50 each.
Kitchen electricity is also by slot meter at £2.50 per token covering a 5 hour session period.
N.B. The kitchen is a facility shared between both rooms. If you only hire one room but require exclusive use of the kitchen, speak to the Booking Secretary at the time of booking.
Parties or groups with predominately under 18s must be supervised by an adult.
LICENSE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOL: If you wish to sell or supply alcohol ask the Booking Secretary about the necessary arrangements.
