Hiring Notes

The Rates of hire shown below are per room per session i.e. 

• Morning  09:15 to 13:30 (not Sundays)
• Afternoon  13:30 to 18:30
• Evening 18:30 to 23:45 (Sundays 22:30)

Rates are discounted for residents of the village of West Huntspill and also for regular hirers (with a minimum of one booking per month). 

For Occasional Users, a refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. This will be returned once the Hall has been checked for any damage during the hire period, provided no damage has occurred.

Subject to availability, rooms may be hired for hourly use (within a session) in the daytime from Monday to Friday. The rate is half of the session fee plus £1.

Electricity tokens for heating (per hour) and electricity for kitchen appliances (5 hours) are available from the Booking Secretary and cost £2.50 each.
